Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After reviewing the evidence, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A full or partial refund

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not include sufficient proof of the reported issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for unwanted items, change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or customer ordering mistakes.
